MANGO Inc. (Headquarters: Miyazaki city, Miyazaki; Representative Director: Yuta Takahashi; hereinafter "MANGO"), a consolidated subsidiary of SEPTENI CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yusuke Shimizu; hereinafter "Septeni"), absorbed and merged with HighScore, Inc. (Headquarters:Fukuoka city, Fukuoka; Representative Director: Hiroyuki Higo; hereinafter "HighScore"), another Septeni subsidiary, and changed its name to SEPTENI CORE, Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka city, Fukuoka; Representative Director: Hiroyuki Higo; hereinafter "SEPTENI CORE"). SEPTENI CORE will provide digital marketing support services based in Kyushu region.

The Septeni Group is focusing on "Focus & Synergy" as its medium-term theme, concentrating on refining existing businesses through organizational restructuring and thorough portfolio management, while also focusing on creating synergies both within and outside the Group. In our core Marketing Communication Segment, we provide integrated marketing services that meet diverse client needs, centered on digital advertising sales and operations, thereby comprehensively supporting companies in their digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
　　
Based in Miyazaki, MANGO has collaborated with Septeni to provide digital advertising operations and other operational functions, supporting companies' digital marketing with its advanced operational structure and specialized knowledge.

Similarly, based in Fukuoka, HighScore has provided comprehensive digital marketing support services, ranging from digital advertising operations to the production of advertising creatives such as videos, banners, and articles.

The merged SEPTENI CORE will integrate the expertise cultivated by both companies to strengthen and expand the advertising operations domain, which forms the foundation of the Marketing Communication Segment. This will further enhance the entire Group's digital marketing execution capabilities. Furthermore, we will strive to strengthen our proposal capabilities by maximizing Group capabilities and generating synergies within our profit centers. We will actively recruit in Fukuoka, Miyazaki, and Okinawa as we expand our business, and by providing high-quality digital marketing support, we will contribute to the growth of even more client businesses.
