(Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yusuke Shimizu), has launched "FUKURO AI LAB," that aims to assist companies in formulating strategies based on their challenges and supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) for the introduction of generative AI into their operations, within its Generative AI business "FUKURO AI STUDIO." In addition, to commemorate the launch of this service, Delight Tube will provide the initial monthly fee free for 10 companies only.

In recent years, ChatGPT and other generative AI have attracted social attention, and companies are increasingly interested in introducing and utilizing generative AI in their businesses.
On the other hand, when it comes to implementing generative AI, many companies are facing concerns regarding security-related issues, such as the leakage of confidential information and data management. They also struggle with a lack of know-how in terms of identifying which business processes would benefit from generative AI and how to utilize it for efficiency improvement. Additionally, some companies encounter challenges in achieving effective knowledge sharing and pervasiveness of generative AI tools within their organization after introducing the tools.

"FUKURO AI LAB" is a PoC support service that assists in formulating strategies based on clients' specific challenges and supports the implementation of generative AI into their business operations. A dedicated team will propose optimal ways to utilize generative AI for various tasks within each company. Using its generative AI tool and development environment, Delight Tube will handle defining development requirements, prototype development, effectiveness verification, etc.
Furthermore, Delight Tube can provide support even after the completion of the PoC, including the development of the tool, conducting workshops to promote the utilization of generative AI, and creating internal operational flows and guidelines.

As a test, Delight Tube conducted the PoC within the Corporate Planning Department and Information System Department of the Septeni Group, resulting in the development of a dedicated generative AI system for business improvement. As a result, these departments achieved benefits such as education for young employees, reduced reading time for documents, and improved efficiency in handling inquiries. In the Corporate Planning Department, this contributed to reducing workload in tasks such as training young employees and creating documents, as well as the efficiency improvement of approximately 90% in specific areas of work in the Information System Department.

By introducing and promoting the optimal generative AI tailored to the business challenges through PoC, clients can solve various issues in areas such as streamlining operations and effective utilization of human capital.
