Septeni Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koki Sato; Securities Code: 4293) has announced its capital participation in Sint-Truidense VV (hereinafter referred to as "STVV"), a professional soccer club in Belgium, along with the signing of a platinum sponsorship contract.

It also aims for 'Domain Expansion' as part of its Medium-term Business Policies, and is actively promoting the development of the 'sports domain' as a new business segment.

STVV, established in 1924, is a soccer club currently playing in the first division of the Belgian league. It has been working to strengthen the club and provide a pathway for Japanese players to top European clubs, as well as fostering the development of Japanese coaches and business staff to succeed in Europe, thus serving as a bridge between Japan and Belgium.

STVV is a soccer club in the Belgian Pro League Division 1, founded in 1924. In November 2017, the management rights were acquired by DMM.com LLC. In 2018, Takayuki Tateishi, former GM of F.C. Tokyo, was appointed as CEO. The club has five pillars: strengthening the top team, enriching the academy, constructing new business schemes, expanding the stadium, and innovating with IT.
