Septeni Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koki Sato; Securities Code: 4293) has revised its corporate philosophy.

The Septeni Group's corporate philosophy has included the mission of "To inspire the world with entrepreneurship," the vision of "To create a strong and great company," the creed of "Hinerankai" and "Septeni Way" as its code of conduct.

We have recently revised our corporate philosophy to reflect changes in the environment surrounding society and our business, as well as the expansion of the Group's business scope. The mission and creed have been left unchanged as the Group's significance, its mission in society, and the spirit that has been passed down since its foundation. To realize this mission, we have formulated a new vision that outlines what we aim to become and the contribution to society that we want to achieve in the medium to long term. In addition, in place of the code of conduct "Septeni Way," we have established a new set of values, "Resilient, Caring, Exciting" that are important to the Group as a whole.

The newly formulated vision consists of three sections: i) what kind of environment (place) we create for human resources to develop, ii) what value those individuals will create with what core competencies, and iii) what kind of positive impact they will have on society as a whole and how they will "inspire the world."

Going forward, the Septeni Group will continue working to realize its mission of "To inspire the world with entrepreneurship" through its medium to long term Northstar vision, based on the spirit of the creed of "Hinerankai" and the values of "Resilient, Caring, Exciting."
