Septeni Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koki Sato, Securities Code: 4293) established the Sustainability Committee with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and enhancing corporate value for the Group.

Since its establishment, the Septeni Group has grown by changing its mainstay businesses, from the human resource recruitment consulting business, to the DM business, and to the digital marketing business. We view social change as a new growth opportunity and provide services that are beyond our clients' expectations in a manner that is in line with the times. At the same time, we conduct our business activities under the mission of "Inspiring the world with entrepreneurship" in order to become a company that is needed by all stakeholders, including society and industry.

In 2016, the Septeni Group established the CSR Committee and has been working to help resolve social issues through its businesses. On the other hand, responses to sustainability and ESG issues, such as the revision of the Corporate Governance Code in June 2021, the expansion of ESG investment, and changes in consumers' awareness, are becoming increasingly important in management and business.

In light of these changes in society, we reorganized the CSR Committee in January 2022 and established the Sustainability Committee as a voluntary advisory body to support the decision-making of the Board of Directors. The Committee will actively discuss and review the sustainability activities and the establishment of KPIs and data disclosure related to sustainability. Members of the committee include future generation employees, female managers, and outside directors as advisors. Aiming to generate innovative results in sustainability activities through discussions that encompass a variety of perspectives, we will promote activities that will enable us to contribute more toward the realization of a sustainable society, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and increasing corporate value for the Group.
