In the second part of our vision, we express our commitment “To open the door to a “nameraka” future with creativity and technology.” Our goal is to realize a “nameraka” future by harnessing each employee's creativity, utilizing technology to create new value in the form of new businesses, services, and IP, and expanding opportunities for both industries and individuals.

Creating Value by Utilizing Group Assets
The Human Capital Lab., a research institution within the Group, utilizes HaKaSe, a AI matching system that the Group has been conducting empirical research for about 20 years, to provide cloud services and consulting services to external companies. By providing DX services that maximize human capital through the power of technology, we support corporate personnel activities and contribute to the improvement of social labour productivity.
Creating Value through New Business Development
We contribute to the creation of value and the expansion of opportunities that smooth society through the development of new businesses.
3RD GEAR, Inc., which plans and produces NFT and metaverses, Septeni Incubate Inc., which develops new businesses and provides incubation support within the Group, and gooddo Inc., which operates the social contribution platform, participated in the project called “D-SHiPS JOURNEY.” This project offers ICT education and hands-on learning opportunities that utilize Fortnite for special support schools and children who are currently in hospital and contributes to the expansion of opportunities.
Creating Value Through Sports
SEPTENI SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT, Inc. leverages the expertise gained from our group's digital marketing business to support the management of sports clubs and their team growth. In 2024, we entered into a Premium Uniform Partnership with the professional soccer club, Avispa Fukuoka. Through this partnership, we are implementing digital marketing initiatives to attract new audiences and enhance fan engagement. In April 2025, we hosted a sponsored match, the “SEPTENI GROUP Special Match,” at Avispa Fukuoka's home stadium. On match day, the event was bustling with over 8,000 attendees. Through the match, we successfully showcased the appeal of Avispa Fukuoka to a wide audience and also contributed to the revitalization of the local community.

Aiming to develop the digital advertising market in a healthier, more affluent, and more attractive way, we are working to raise awareness of advertising ethics and acquire quality certification.

Participation in Kamiyama Marugoto College’s Scholorship Partners
As we emphasize with the thoughts of “Kamiyama Marugoto College,” which aims to nurture “people who make things happen through the power to make things” with “Technology x Design x Entrepreneurial Spirit” as the foundation of their education, we participate in the “Scholarship Partners” to support their efforts over the long term.
As a partner, we provide scholarships bearing the corporate name of the Septeni Group to four students in each school year of the Kamiyama Marugoto College, and collaborates with these students to engage in joint research and the creation of new businesses.
By providing long-term support and investment to young and talented students through public education, we will contribute to the realization of an innovative, sustainable and “nameraka” society.
Participation in the "NOUEN SOLARI Supporters Club"
DENTSU SOLARI INC. employs individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as "service staff (Sabista)" and operates "NOUEN SOLARI" (SOLARI Farm) as one of its businesses. DENTSU DIRECT INC. participates in the "NOUEN SOLARI Supporters Club," engaging in activities such as attending SOLARI Farm's harvest festivals and distributing vegetables to its employees. Through these activities, Dentsu Direct aims to co-create value and promote initiatives that leverage insights gained in DEI and environmental protection for business development.
