Mid- to Long-Term Vision
Previously, we presented our medium-term business policy on a rolling three-year basis. However, given the rapidly changing business environment and the resulting uncertainty in making three-year outlook, we have decided to discontinue this rolling approach.
Our vision is to become a high-growth, high-return company by 2030, achieving net profit of ¥10 billion, through acquisition and strengthening of capabilities in areas adjacent to digital marketing, and promotion of alliances.
Medium-Term Theme
To achieve our mid- to long-term vision, we will pursue our mid-term theme of "Focus & Synergy," restructuring our organization, rigorously managing our portfolio, enhancing existing businesses (=Focus), while simultaneously driving synergies across four layers: intra-business, inter-business, Dentsu collaborations, and external partnerships.
In addition to promoting area management across our three segments—Marketing Communication, Direct Business, and Data & Solutions—we will pursue and execute proactive M&A and alliances focused on expanding into consulting area and content area within our Marketing Communication Segment, aiming to expand our capabilities as a group.

The milestones toward achieving our mid- to long-term vision are as follows. To realize our mid- to long-term vision and unlock synergies both within and outside the group from FY2026 onward, we will focus on the following in FY2025.
Medium- Term Policy and Projected Growth by Segment
The following outlines the strategies and growth projections for each segment. We will strengthen our growth investments to outperform market growth and drive growth in each business while simultaneously transforming our business portfolio.
The projected EPS and ROE trajectory toward achieving our mid- to long-term vision is shown below. Looking toward 2030, we will first aim to raise EPS to over ¥20, striving for sustained growth and further EPS accumulation.
