Accordingly, if you wish to find information disclosed by the Company, please check this website and other sources, including TDnet. Information which is not covered by the timely disclosure rules and thought to have an impact on investment decisions is also promptly disclosed in a timely manner using appropriate methods.
Quiet Period
In order to prevent financial information from leaking and ensure fairness, from the next business day following the end of a fiscal quarter to the day of the earnings announcement for that fiscal quarter is set as a quiet period, and during this period the Company refrains from commenting publicly or responding to questions regarding earnings for that quarter, in principle. However, we may disclose information as appropriate if figures are expected to depart considerably from projections.
