LGBT Initiatives

The Septeni Group continuously promotes activities to ensure that the strengths of each individual are fully demonstrated by creating an environment that prevents discrimination and harassment based on gender, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, thoughts, beliefs, social status, disabilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, among other factors.

As part of our initiatives, we have established the group-wide LGBT & Allies Network, 'SEPALLY RAINBOW.' We are actively working towards its mission of "creating a workplace where all employees are motivated to work by helping each and every employee deepen their understanding of SOGI."

The concept of understanding and supporting sexual minorities such as LGBT individuals, or people who clearly express such a stance.

Development of the system

  • Started Applying Benefits to Same-sex Partners

    Effective January 2018, the definition of spouse in the company rules has been revised. Employees with same-sex partners are able to use the applicable system by submitting the necessary documents.
